Jeff is a credentialed mediator that specializes in complex, high conflict mediations and arbitrations. He has been chosen by well regarded and recognized trial lawyers to mediate and arbitrate civil and commercial matters, including personal injury and business disputes. He mediates and arbitrates all types of family law matters, and frequently is sought out to help resolve large complex estates, some of which involved estates in excess of $1 Billion Dollars. He has mediated over 1,000 cases and has a very high settlement rate (in excess of 97%). His experience in handling these types of cases has provided litigants with creative settlements to seemingly insurmountable issues.
